What
should you expect when contacting the Bachman Internet Department?
Not a salesperson! In fact, no one
in our department is in sales. Instead, we are a team of Inventory Specialists designed
to handle customer emails and phone calls for all of our stores. Our goal is to
provide customers all the necessary information and arrange a convenient
appointment time in order to make the buying process easy, quick, and enjoyable.
If you contact our department, you
will work directly with one of our Inventory Specialists. They will help you
with any questions regarding vehicle information, pictures, rebates,
incentives, and market price comparisons. Your Inventory Specialist will assist
you throughout your research process and make sure you are prepared before ever
stepping foot into our showroom.
When you are ready to see a vehicle,
your Inventory Specialist will help set up an appointment and assign a Certified
Sales Associate to prepare for your arrival. They will have the car ready to
view and test drive. If you missed some information on the vehicle, our
Inventory Specialist can prepare an information packet for your Sales Associate
to give you.
All of this is done so you have a
buying process that is easy, quick, and enjoyable. We want to ease the research
process so you have all the information you need. We want our Sales Associate
to be ready for your arrival so your time is not wasted. Lastly, we want to
take the stress and pressure out of the usual car buying process so you have an
enjoyable experience.
