I recommend a way to park the car and page the service rep instead of waiting in a line and awkwardly parking in the line with people behind you. Another recommendation is the option to choose waiting in the lobby when scheduling service on the website. I also recommend another usb charging station by the computers in the waiting room. My vehicle was having issues turning off on my way from Michigan to Louisiana. I called my dealership I'm Michigan and was told to find a dealer. Thanks to Google your dealership was 30 miles away. The staff was friendly and helpful, two hours later I was back on the road heading to Louisiana.

I enjoyed a very positive service experience with Bachman Chevrolet. My truck had a persistent, but intermittent, electrical problem with its touch screen and entertainment system. I had taken it first to another dealer, who looked at it briefly and told me there was nothing they could do. OTOH, Bachman really dug in, found the source of the problem, and got it fixed. I have began bringing my vehicles to dealerships over the past several years. Previously, I was reluctant because dealerships were always expensive. Now, all mechanic shops costs are the same, yet I typically seem to have to bring my vehicle back for further inspection, it does not run as good as it could, or they did not do something they said they would. At Bachman Chevrolet, I pay even less, my car is tight, repairs are done promptly and the customer service has been great. Until further notice or experience, I’ll bring my vehicle the Bachman Chevrolet.

I bought a $67,000.00 pickup that didn't have an operators manual in it. The salesman said I could get it online. I go online and GM wants to sell me an operators manual for $50? GM has finally hit rock bottom with this stupidity.

Within the past year, I got some bad gas or something to that effect. The honest mechanic who I had examine my truck told me he was in over his head and referred me specifically to Ted. I was worried about taking my truck to a dealership as dealerships are notorious for being costly but, frankly, I had little choice — unless I wanted to risk serious damage to my engine. Very friendly associates and the oil change was fast. The price is much cheaper than other places and I trust that they’ve done it the right way! I’ve had issues with other places not tightening things and my car leaking oil after but not with Bachman. I’ll never get my oil changed anywhere else. I also enjoyed the business center so I could do a little work while waiting.
