The worst dealer ever worse than the buy here pay here sites. They put on a front that they vet their so called certified cars and trucks. My 2016 Jeep Compass after a little over a year is falling apart. Needs front bearings the radiator leaks need replaced. The trouble I had when I first bought this crap I should have sued.
My daughter bought her first car from Bachman. The price was very reasonable for the mileage it had. Vinny was very personable and straightforward. He did a great job of informing us how we can get the best price.

Service department is fantastic. I purchased our 2015 Chevy Traverse new at Bachman. All service , oil changes, etc always done there. Perfect in every way. I now have over 141,000 miles and our Traverse has been bulletproof. Highly recommended!!!

Warning, Don’t use this dealership for service, They wouldn’t cover an engine issue under warranty even though truck was still covered by 5 year 100000 mile powertrain warranty. They wanted $500 to flash computer.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. I took our 2016 Chevy Malibu for an engine gasket repair with a minimum oil leak, and to have a massive oil leak, I needed a whole new engine. Tyler Collard, the service consultant, avoided calls and left early before we picked up the car. Susan Whelan, the service consultant who was there when we arrived, was rude and left the building without answering what happened. This service has the worst customer service. I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone else. My Blazer has been there for 6.5 hours since my 7:30 appt time (which is a joke). They were going to look at it then call me and let me know what it was going to cost to fix. And this $185 diagnostic fee is a joke when they have fixed this problem in other vehicles. Worst dealership EVER in my opinion.
Scheduled work was done on time and amount quoted. I won't go anywhere else but Bachman.

They are always up front with what is going on with my car! They don’t do any repairs until I give them the go ahead! Emails or texts reminding me of services needed to keep my vehicle riding safe on the roads! Would recommend their services to anyone in need! A little pricey on some things that I can still do on my own, but what isn't expensive these days!
I have a Duramax diesel issue. I’m from California and they did everything they could to expedite my service. I was just passing through The Louisville area. Paul, the service person and the mechanic were great. They diagnosed the issue and got me right back on the road . Thanks for your help.

Customer service at Bachman Chevrolet was great from my first point of contact online to my actual visit to the dealership. The staff was friendly. Our direct contact salesman Duane was friendly, informative and attentive throughout our car buying process.

I went to Bauchmann because I had an electrical problem to where the antitheft would not shut off, thus nonstarting. They were very prompt (1 1/2 days) and fixed it. My regular shop couldn’t fixed it because it is in that gray area of security of the vehicle. The cost was really pretty high, $800, but I have my car back on the road and to me that is the value for me. The service person, Shane was very good, and contacted me thru out the process.
Everyone involved did a great job to make sure that I left in a vehicle and didn’t have to go to another dealership when I left. The process was easy and all of the staff were great!! Othello was my salesman and Lucas was my finance person. I would send anyone I know to them!! They were awesome!!!

They efficiently repaired my daughter’s car at the stated price and actually replaced the 3rd actuator at no charge since they had the area exposed to repair the other two actuators. Bachman always treats me right when I come in to get my car serviced. I would have given 5 stars but on this last service the technician forgot to reset my oil notification light to 100%. I called and left a message about it but no one returned my call. This was one of the best experiences I have had. Conrad, my service rep was awesome. He was very informative. He was truly interested in me. His main concern was my experience and taking care of my car. The cashier was so detailed and organized. She was so busy but was able to find my information quick and fast. She had a lovely personality as well. Finally, I only waited a few minutes for my car after I paid. Great consumer experience!
I worked with Joe at the buying center, and it was seriously so quick and easy to sell my car. I got a great price for it, and it was so much easier than dealing with trying to sell privately. The whole transaction took ten or fifteen minutes, tops. Highly recommend!
